Israel Basketball

i go to Haskell Indian Nations University..my grades were bad, but could have been better, but summer is on the way and is the time when i hang out with my two friends and have some battles on the basketball court...basketball is big in native american country, the tournaments, all of the families come out to watch...but, always wanted to see the mideast, is it legal to smoke weed there? it's international basketball league right?
